Houston Training Schools is planning a change in ownership, with ownership expected to transfer from Houston Training Schools, INC. (owned by Carolyn Howard) to Amarillo College of Hairdressing, INC. (DBA Milan Institute), effective November 9, 2026, subject to required regulatory and accrediting approvals.
